Vehicle Terms

1. Due to the unique nature of transportation services and the limited availability of vehicles, please understand that these reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 1 week prior to service. Any booking made less than 1 week prior to service is NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Additional services such as VIP Passes, Free Guest List, Tours or Table Service can be added to your reservation at the time of booking your vehicle or at a later date, subject to availability. We cannot hold additional services aside for future booking without payment. In order to insure availability, we encourage you to order your additional services as soon as possible. Services that are available today may not be tomorrow.

3. If you have booked additional services, please understand that these services are separate, independent, and not contingent upon your transportation services. Cancellation of your transportation does not cancel your other services, which may be NON-REFUNDABLE. These services have different cancellation policies. Please make sure to read the terms and conditions that apply to those services.

4. NightClubs.com MUST BE SUPPLIED WITH A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND CELL PHONE CONTACT NUMBER FOR YOU WHILE YOU ARE IN TOWN. It is how the driver and dispatch will stay in contact with you to alert you where to meet the driver and what time he is on property to pick you up.

5. If you do not receive a phone call or email confirming your reservation within 48 hours of booking it is your responsibility to contact NightClubs.com at 702-474-3555 or custserv@NightClubs.com to inquire as to the status of your reservation. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect email addresses or phone numbers.

6. If you go over your scheduled allotment of hours on your charter, your credit card on file will be charged for the additional time.

Nightclub Terms

1. The after-hours contact number for nightclub related questions is 702-474-3555 or you may text 702-556-5509 (AFTER 8PM PST ONLY). Should you have any problems when you arrive at the club, you must call or text and we will resolve the issue immediately. There are NO REFUNDS for club passes, guest lists, party bands, private nightclub tours, club crawls or table reservations. You are given the after-hours numbers so that we may alleviate any problems while you are still at the club’s door. You are responsible for taking those numbers down and calling them if necessary. If the phone number leads to voice mail, you must leave a message and or text the alternate number (702) 556-5509 and you will be contacted back immediately. Any problem you might encounter (outside of age and dress code restrictions) can be corrected within minutes by a phone call or text.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older to be allowed entry to any of our nightclubs, you will be expected to show valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, state issued ID) at all of the clubs we offer and we will not offer refunds for denial of entry because you are under age or do not have proper ID.

3. DRESS CODE – Nightclubs.com is not responsible for denial of entry due to dress code violations. A strict dress code is enforced and proper evening attire is required. No clubs allow baseball hats, athletic attire, athletic shoes, bandannas, do-rags, or torn or overly baggy jeans. Clubs will also deny entry to men wearing shorts, sandals, tank tops or large chain link type jewelry.

4. VIP PASSES – YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A PHYSICAL PASS. Your name will be added to the VIP list at your chosen club (which means that you go to the front of the line ahead of the general admission public, which will sometimes mean that your price will be higher than the general admission door price). Your name plus your number of guests will be on this list (i.e. Joe Vegas plus 5). You simply walk up to the VIP host and give them your name with photo identification. (Your confirmation email is for your records and does not serve as a physical pass due to the ease of duplication.)

For minimal wait time for VIP PASSES, please arrive no later than the listed time for your chosen club (you are still on the VIP list after that time, but may have to wait in a VIP line prior to entry):

10:00 PM for Alibi, Coyote Ugly, Ghost Bar, Interlude, Lilly, Lavo, Vista Lounge, Voodoo Lounge

10:30 PM for 1OAK, The Bank, Chateau, Drai’s, Hakkasan, Hyde, Intrigue, Jewel, LAX, Light, Marquee, Omnia, Surrender, Tao, XS

11:00 PM for Foundation Room, Foxtail,

2:30 AM for Artisan Afterhours, Drai’s Afterhours

5. VEGAS PARTY BAND – is an all access wristband to over 20 venues in Las Vegas during your stay/vacation. Upon purchase, please check wristbands carefully to ensure wristbands fastens. Entry to the venue is based on capacity, arrive early to avoid long lines. Wristband must be functional to get into the venue. Your wristband will be invalid if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced. We will NOT REFUND or EXCHANGE wristbands at any time. If wristband is defective immediately contact Nightclubs.com for assistance. You may not resell or transfer a wristband. Duplicate wristbands will not be issued in any circumstances. You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by us, venue and/or venue staff and stewards. Venue reserves all rights to refuse entry.

6. FREE GUEST LIST- Your name will be added to the FREE GUEST LIST at your chosen club. You may be asked to wait in the guest list line behind others in the guest list that arrived ahead of you. Your name plus your number of guests will be on this list (i.e. Joe Vegas plus 5). You simply walk up to the VIP host and give them your name with photo identification. (Your confirmation email is for your records and does not serve as a physical pass due to the ease of duplication.)

7. TABLE RESERVATIONS – There is a Minimum Spend required based on the number of people in your group and table location. Pricing consists of Minimum Spend, Table location, 20% Gratuity, 8.1% sales tax and our service fee( which is non-refundable). All Las Vegas Night Clubs require that TABLE and BOOTH reservations be checked in by the times listed below (if you are not checked in with the VIP host in time, your table may be sold to someone else).

8. NightClubs.com cannot take responsibility for you selecting not to use your purchase; there are NO REFUNDS for failure to show up at your chosen clubs.

9. LARGE GROUPS – Groups of 10 or more must call for availability 702-474-3555 or 702-556-5509.

10. Failure to arrive at your chosen club by the designated time may result in a wait in the VIP line prior to entry. Clubs will not violate fire codes to accommodate line passes.

11. Please understand this is a very specialized service and we ask that you are polite and courteous to the door staff at your chosen club. Rudeness, intoxication, hostile and belligerent behavior may result in denial of entry. Entry is at the sole discretion of the club, so please be kind to the door staff at each club. Please also be kind to your bartenders and cocktail servers.

12. SPECIAL EVENTS AND HOLIDAYS – are usually more crowded than normal. Please be aware that the VIP list may be longer than it would normally be. You are receiving a front of the line pass but keep in mind there may be other people on the same VIP list that arrived before you did, so please be patient.

13. NO REFUNDS will be issued if you or any one in your group is escorted out of any establishment for rude or unacceptable behavior. The club has a set of RULES which everyone must follow so please act accordingly. Furthermore refunds will be at the sole discretion of the club should the club have to close early for such uncontrollable events including but not limited to power loss, fire, flooding, etc.

14. Nightclubs.com is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price. In a situation where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, NightClubs.com is not responsible to fulfill the order. In such situations, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the intended and correct price provided ticket inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.

15. Our club ticket, table and line pass rates are only available through our web site and call center, and cannot be obtained by calling the clubs directly, as they will not have our rates in their system.

16. Nightclubs.com encourages everyone to have a good time, but be advised that engaging in any illegal activities including but not limited to drug use, drug possession or nudity on club property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by the night club.

17. If you do not receive a phone call or email confirming your reservation within 48 hours of booking it is your responsibility to contact Nightclubs.com at 702-474-3555 or custserv@nightclubs.com to inquire as to the status of your reservation. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect email addresses or phone numbers.

Pool Party Terms

1. The contact number for pool party related questions is 702-474-3555 or you may text 702-556-5509 (AFTER 11AM PST ONLY). Should you have any problems when you arrive at the Pool Club, you must call this number and we will resolve the issue immediately. There are NO REFUNDS for pool club passes, table reservations, cabanas or daybeds. You are given the contact number so that we may alleviate any problems while you are still at the pool club’s door. You are responsible for taking that number down and calling it if necessary. If the phone number leads to voice mail, you must leave a message and you will be contacted back immediately. Any problem you might encounter (outside of age and dress code restrictions) can be corrected within minutes by a phone call.

3. DRESS CODE – NightClubs.com is not responsible for denial of entry due to dress code violations. A strict dress code is enforced and proper Swim Wear/Beach attire is required. No clubs allow cutoff shorts, gym shorts, sneakers, Sports Jerseys, Baggy Clothes, Chains or see-through swim wear.

4. SAPPHIRE POOL & DAYCLUB- Sapphire Pool and Day Club customers must arrive in either in chauffeured limousine transportation arranged by Nightclubs.com or they must arrive driving their own personal transportation. Customers arriving in taxi cabs or limousines provided by anyone other than Nightclubs.com will be subject to an additional cover charge at the door.

General Terms

1. The following terms apply to any and all services provided by Nightclubs.com.

2. Nightclubs.com reserves all rights to amend our terms and conditions at our discretion, and club management reserves all rights to their establishment.

3. It is agreed between Nightclubs.com and you the customer that no disputes can exceed the amount originally paid to Nightclubs.com.

4. We do not accept, and you release us from, all liability for any injury, loss, damage, costs or expenses, including without limitation any property damage or personal injury, that you may suffer which arises out of any act or omission in connection with our services. Any claim that you may have in relation to a third party service provider (nightclub, strip club, pool club, hotel, limousine company) should be raised directly with that service provider.

You are responsible for any injury, loss, damage, costs or expenses arising through your own fault. You agree to indemnify us against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis and whether incurred by or awarded against us) as a result of, or arising in relation to, whether directly or indirectly, your participation in any of our services or any act or omission by you in relation to your participation in any of our services.
