DJ Terms

1. The after hours contact number for night club related questions is 702-556-5509 (AFTER 8PM PST ONLY). Should you have any problems when you arrive at the club, you must call this number and we will resolve the issue immediately. There are NO REFUNDS for club passes or table reservations. You are given the after hours number so that we may alleviate any problems while you are still at the club's door. You are responsible for taking that number down and calling it if necessary. If the phone number leads to voice mail, you must leave a message and you will be contacted back immediately. Any problem you might encounter (outside of age and dress code restrictions) can be corrected within minutes by a phone call.
2. You must be 21 years of age or older to be allowed entry to any of our night clubs, you will be expected to show valid photo ID at all of the clubs we offer and we will not offer refunds for denial of entry because you are under age or do not have proper ID.
3. NightClubs.com is not responsible for denial of entry due to dress code violations. A strict dress code is enforced and proper evening attire is required. No clubs allow baseball hats, athletic attire, athletic shoes, bandannas, do-rags, or torn or overly baggy jeans. Clubs will also deny entry to men wearing shorts, sandals, or tank tops.

Your name will be added to the VIP list at your chosen club (which means that you go to the front of the line ahead of the general admission public, which will sometimes mean that your price will be higher than the general admission door price). Your name plus your number of guests will be on this list (i.e. Joe Vegas plus 5). You simply walk up to the VIP host and give them your name with photo identification. (Your confirmation email is for your records and does not serve as a physical pass due to the ease of duplication.)

6. All Las Vegas nightclubs require that TABLE and BOOTH reservations be checked in by the times listed below (if you are not checked in with the VIP host in time, your table may be sold to someone else):

7. RAIN cannot accommodate any group of people booking more than one table, cabana, and/or booth for the same night, even if booked in different names and paid for separately. Orders fitting this description will be disregarded in advance when noticed or cancelled upon arrival at the club. If this situation applies to your group please call 1-888-684-3780 for other options.
8. NightClubs.com cannot take responsibility for you selecting not to use your purchase; there are NO REFUNDS for failure to show up at your chosen clubs.
9. Groups of 10 or more must call 1-702-556-5509 for availability.
10. Failure to arrive at your chosen club by the designated time may result in a wait in the VIP line prior to entry. Clubs will not violate fire codes to accommodate line passes.
11. Please understand this is a very specialized service and we ask that you are polite and courteous to the door staff at your chosen club. Please also be kind to your bartenders and cocktail servers.
12. Special events and holidays are usually more crowded than normal. Please be aware that the VIP list may be longer than it would normally be. You are receiving a front of the line pass but keep in mind there may be other people on the same list in front of you, so please be patient.
13. NO REFUNDS will be issued if you or any one in your group is escorted out of any establishment for rude or unacceptable behavior. The club has a set of rules which everyone must follow so please act accordingly. Furthermore refunds will be at the sole discretion of the club should the club have to close early for such uncontrollable events including but not limited to power loss, fire, flooding, etc.
14. NightClubs.com is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price. In a situation where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, NightClubs.com is not responsible to fulfill the order. In such situations, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the intended and correct price provided ticket inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.
15. Our club ticket, table and line pass rates are only available through our web site and call center, and cannot be obtained by calling the clubs directly, as they will not have our rates in their system.
16. NightClubs.com encourages everyone to have a good time, but be advised that engaging in any illegal activities including but not limited to drug use, drug possession or nudity on club property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by the night club.
17. NightClubs.com reserves all rights to amend our terms and conditions at our discretion, and club management reserves all rights to their establishment.
18. Vehicle Terms

1. Due to the unique nature of transportation services and the limited availability of vehicles, please understand that these reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. If you have additional services with your transportation reservations, please make sure to read the terms and conditions that apply to those services, and note that these additional services must be paid in full when the reservations are made. The vehicle can be reserved with a deposit and a balance due the date of service. All other services must be paid in full.
3. For all transportation services we require a deposit of at least one third the total cost of the vehicle to reserve the vehicle. Additional services such as nightclubs, Strip Clubs, can be added to your reservation at the time of booking your vehicle or at a later date but are always subject to availability. We cannot hold additional services aside for future booking without payment. For best availability, we encourage you to order your additional party services as soon as possible. Services that are available today may not be tomorrow.
4. If you are paying the balance for your transportation services C.O.D., you need to be aware that a maximum of $300 can be accepted by the driver. The remaining balance above $300 has to be paid by credit card. For safety reasons, charter companies limit the amount of cash their drivers can carry. Also, if you do not have the cash to pay any balance due upon pick-up, the balance will be charged to the card on file.
5. The driver dispatch number will be provided for you on your confirmation email. In addition, the after hours number for NightClubs.com is 702-556-5509 should you have any trouble after our office hours on the night of your scheduled service.
6. NightClubs.com MUST BE SUPPLIED WITH A VALID CONTACT NUMBER FOR YOU WHILE YOU ARE IN TOWN. Ideally, we would like a cell phone number. If no one present will have a cell phone, please provide the name of the hotel you are staying at and the registered name on the room. The driver may need to contact you should he be instructed to move the vehicle due to heavy traffic in the agreed upon valet area.
7. If you go over your scheduled allotment of hours on your charter, your credit card on file will be charged for the additional time.
8. NightClubs.com and the charter companies we work with understand that a party can create a bit of a mess. No penalties are incurred for normal untidiness such as discarded cups, empty bottles or spilled snack foods. However, the charter company reserves the right to charge a 50 dollar cleaning fee should any part of the vehicle be broken or vandalized.

Pool Party Terms

There are NO REFUNDS for Pool club passes, table reservations, Cabana’s or Daybeds. You are given the after hours number so that we may alleviate any problems while you are still at the Pool club's door. You are responsible for taking that number down and calling it if necessary. If the phone number leads to voice mail, you must leave a message and you will be contacted back immediately. Any problem you might encounter (outside of age and dress code restrictions) can be corrected within minutes by a phone call.

SAPPHIRE POOL & DAYCLUB- Sapphire Pool and Day Club customers must arrive in either in chauffeured limousine transportation arranged by Nightclubs.com or they must arrive driving their own personal transportation. Customers arriving in taxi cabs or limousines provided by anyone other than Nightclubs.com will be subject to an additional cover charge at the door.

No clubs allow baseball hats, athletic attire, athletic shoes, bandannas, do-rags, or torn or overly baggy jeans. Clubs will also deny entry to men wearing shorts, sandals, or tank tops.
5. YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A PHYSICAL PASS. Your name will be added to the VIP list at your chosen club (which means that you go to the front of the line ahead of the general admission public). Your name plus your number of guests will be on this list (i.e. Joe Vegas plus 5). You simply walk up to the VIP host and give them your name with photo identification. (Your confirmation email is for your records and does not serve as a physical pass due to the ease of duplication.)
6. All Las Vegas Strip Clubs require that TABLE and BOOTH reservations be checked in by the times listed below (if you are not checked in with the VIP host in time, your table may be sold to someone else). There's Additional price for bottles, that is paid for at the Strip Club. Bottle minimums required. Bottles in Las Vegas Strip Clubs start at $475.00. There will also be a 22% Auto Gratuity along with 8.1% tax.:
7. Nightclubs.com cannot take responsibility for you selecting not to use your purchase; there are no refunds for failure to show up at your chosen clubs.
8. Groups of 10 or more must call 702-556-5509 for availability.
9. Failure to arrive at your chosen club by the designated time may result in a wait in the VIP line prior to entry. Clubs will not violate fire codes to accommodate line passes.
10. Please understand this is a very specialized service and we ask that you are polite and courteous to the door staff at your chosen club. Please also be kind to your bartenders and cocktail servers.
11. Special events and holidays are usually more crowded than normal. Please be aware that the VIP list may be longer than it would normally be. You are receiving a front of the line pass but keep in mind there may be other people on the same list in front of you, so please be patient.
12. No refunds will be issued if you or any one in your group is escorted out of any establishment for rude or unacceptable behavior. The club has a set of which everyone must follow so please act accordingly. Furthermore refunds will be at the sole discretion of the club should the club have to close early for such uncontrollable events including but not limited to power loss, fire, flooding, etc.
13. Nightclubs.com is not responsible for technical, typographical or other errors that result in the display of an incorrect purchase price. In a situation where a purchase is completed based on an incorrect price, Nightclubs.com is not responsible to fulfill the order. In such situations, the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the intended and correct price provided ticket inventory is available or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase.
14. Our club ticket, table and line pass rates are only available through our web site and call center, and cannot be obtained by calling the clubs directly, as they will not have our rates in their system.
15. Nightclubs.com encourages everyone to have a good time, but be advised that engaging in any illegal activities including but not limited to drug use, drug possession or nudity on club property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by the strip club.
16. Nightclubs.com reserves all rights to amend our terms and conditions at our discretion, and club management reserves all rights to their establishment.
17. If you do not receive a phone call or email confirming your reservation within 48 hours of booking it is your responsibility to contact Nightclubs.com at 888-684-3780 or custserv@nightclubs.com to inquire as to the status of your reservation. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect email addresses or phone numbers.
18. It is agreed between Nightclubs.com and you the customer that no disputes can exceed the amount originally paid to Nightclubs.com. |
