Terms and Conditions

1. Any nightclub problem (other than age or dress code restrictions) can be corrected within minutes by an IMMEDIATE phone call to 702-296-2952 (after 8:00 PM ONLY). (Alternative numbers: 702-303-7879 OR 702-296-8616) We will resolve the issue immediately. If the call leads to voice mail, leave a message and your call will be returned immediately. MAKE A NOTE OF THIS NUMBER!

2. There are NO REFUNDS for club passes or table reservations.

3. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter night clubs and you will be expected to show valid photo ID at the clubs we offer. NO REFUNDS for denial of entry due to under-age or no ID.

4. There will be no refunds for denial of entry due to violation of the strict dress code that is enforced. Baseball hats, athletic attire, athletic shoes, bandannas, do-rags or torn or overly baggy jeans are prohibited. Shorts, sandals and tank tops are prohibited for MEN. Men must wear button down or collared shirts.

5. ALL the nightclubs we work with expect you to have your e-ticket. Your name is still on the guest list; however you MUST bring your e-ticket to guarantee entry. The e-ticket you purchase guarantees VIP entry and cover ahead of the general admission line at the club. This will sometimes mean that your price will be higher than the price of general admission. If you are unable to print your e-tickets you must notify our company immediately for alternate measures (Your confirmation email is not a physical pass due to the ease of duplication.)

5A. Complimentary guest lists will be honored on all non-holiday or special event weekends or weekdays. The clubs reserve the right to require payment on special event or holiday weekends. Your complimentary passes may still be valid, but final discretion is the decision of the nightclub you are going to.

6. For minimal VIP PASS wait times, you must arrive no later than the listed time for your chosen club or you may have to wait in a VIP line prior to entry. Clubs will not violate fire codes to accommodate line passes.

7. For TABLE and BOOTH reservations a minimum alcohol purchase will be required at the club and you must arrive no later than the listed time (if you check in late with the VIP host, your table or booth may be sold to someone else):

7A. Posted Bottle Minimums are based upon the number of people the table or booth accommodates. If you have more people than accounted for by the table capacity, you will be required to purchase additional bottles at the club.

8. RAIN will not accommodate multiple tables, cabanas, or booths for the same night, even if booked in different names and paid for separately. Multiple orders will be disregarded in advance or cancelled upon arrival at the club. If this situation applies to you please call 1-702-938-6380 IMMEDIATELY.

9. There are no refunds for failure to show up at clubs. However, refunds will be issued in the event the club closes, cancels their events or other extenuating circumstances that might lead to denial of entry to your chosen venue. All refunds will be minus a $4 service fee per pass/ticket reservation.

10. Groups of 20 or more must call 1-800-591-NICE for availability.

11. Please understand this is a very specialized service and we ask that you are courteous to the door staff, bartenders and cocktail servers.

12. Special events and holidays are more crowded than normal. The VIP list may be longer than normal and result in some limited waiting in line, so please be patient.

13. No refunds will be issued if anyone is escorted out of a club for failure to follow the club’s rules so please act accordingly. Early-close refunds (for power loss, fire, flooding, etc.) will be at the sole discretion of the club.

14. If a purchase is made at an incorrect price due to technical, typographical or other errors the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the correct price or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase. Genesis Entertainment Inc. will not honor an incorrect-price transaction.

15. Our club ticket, table and line pass rates are only available through our web site and call center, and cannot be obtained by calling the clubs directly.

16. Engaging in any illegal activities including but not limited to drug use, drug possession or nudity on club property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by the club.

17. Genesis Entertainment Inc. reserves all rights to amend our terms and conditions at our discretion, and club management reserves all rights to their establishment.

18. If you do not receive a phone call or email confirming your reservation within 48 hours of booking it is your responsibility to contact Genesis Entertainment Inc. at 702-938-6380 or custserv@Genesis Entertainment Inc.. Show Terms

1. Show tickets which include delivery to your hotel are:

American Superstars, Celine Dion, Ka, LOVE, O, Mystere, Zumanity, Danny Gans, Elton John, and Mamma Mia. La Femme tickets purchased prior to 02-28-06 also include delivery to your hotel.

All of these shows will be delivered to your hotel at least 4 hours prior to the show. Any tickets not listed here are to be picked up at the respective box office will call no later than one hour before show time.

2. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPGRADE ALL ORDERS

3. NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE SHOW DOES NOT PERFORM. IF THE SHOW DOES NOT PERFORM, WE WILL REFUND ALL CHARGES EXCEPT FOR A SERVICE FEE AND 4 DOLLARS PER TICKET.

4. Due to extreme popularity and limited availability, the following shows are sold above face value:

Celine Dion, Ka, LOVE, O, Mystere, Zumanity, Danny Gans, Elton John, Mamma Mia and Rita Rudner.

5. We are not the official box office. Tickets purchased from the box office directly are generally less expensive, but the seat selection may be severely limited or the show may be sold out entirely. For a PREMIUM, we can get you difficult to find seats for extremely popular shows, but we must pay above face value for them. Since our tickets are bought and sold on the secondary market our prices are determined by the market value, which is based on supply and demand and therefore can be substantially higher than the face value. The market value also reflects the expense of licensing, advertising, processing and delivery costs.

6. If the tickets that are delivered to your hotel have a name on them other than your own, it is simply the original buyer of the ticket. The tickets are valid.

7. When you book your show tickets with us, we charge your credit card for the full amount immediately. The charge that appears on your credit card will be from Genesis Entertainment Inc.. The total price is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees. No adjustments in ticket prices will be made.

8. You must be the correct age to order and attend the show you are purchasing. Please see list of age requirements and restrictions for all shows that we offer on our show amenity pages of our website. Genesis Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for denial of entry due to failure to meet age requirements.

9. If you have purchased show tickets that include delivery, they will only be delivered to Las Vegas hotels. You are responsible for providing accurate hotel information. Should you cancel or alter your hotel reservation, you must contact Genesis Entertainment Inc. with the correct information. Genesis Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for lost or missing tickets due to incorrect information from the customer. If your show tickets are not at your hotel by the date of your show, please call 702-938-6380 immediately.

10. All show ticket purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or transferred to others or exchanged for another set of dates. Genesis Entertainment Inc. is not responsible should you fail to pick up your show tickets.

11. If a purchase is made at an incorrect price due to technical, typographical or other errors the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the correct price or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase. Genesis Entertainment Inc. will not honor an incorrect-price transaction.

Hotel Terms

1. Groups of 10 or more call Group Reservations at 1-800-591-NICE (outside US call 1-702-253-9329).

2. You must be 21 or older to check in to a casino hotel, 18 and over for non-gaming properties.

3. At check in, you will be expected to show valid identification and leave a credit card deposit for incidentals (i.e. phone calls, pay per view movies, room service, etc.).

4. The Alexis Park, Baymont Inn, Casino Royale, Ellis Island Super 8, Emerald Suites, Falcon Ridge, Golden Gate, Hawthorn Suites, Imperial Palace, La Quinta-Nellis, Las Vegas Club, Mt. Charleston Hotel, Plaza, Renaissance, Riviera, Terribles and Tropicana charge the full amount up front and do NOT require the credit card used to purchase the room to be present at check-in. All other hotels charge a non-refundable 10 dollar booking fee and the first night room plus tax charge up front with the balance for any remaining nights due upon check-in and REQUIRE that the card used to reserve the room and matching identification be presented at check-in.

5. All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person charges vary from hotel to hotel. All additional person charges are the responsibility of the customer will be charged by the hotel upon check in or by the online company you reserved with.

6. Some hotels charge mandatory phone and/or energy surcharges varying from 1 to 5 dollars per night. This is at the sole discretion of each hotel and will be charged upon check-in or check-out depending on the property.

7. Seven days or more in advance, you may cancel or reschedule your reservation for a 25 dollar per room fee plus any difference in room charges. Cancellations or reschedules inside of seven days are subject to the 25 dollar per room fee plus any hotel cancellation penalties up to and including forfeiture of the first night room plus tax charge. Credit card processing fees may apply to any refunded amount.

8. Reservations for New Year's Eve dates (Dec 29th, 30th, 31st & Jan 1st) CES dates in January and NASCAR dates in March are non-refundable final sales at the time of booking.

9. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

10. Hotels reserve the right to change their rates and availability any time. Your reservation is not guaranteed until it is confirmed.

11. If a purchase is made at an incorrect price due to technical, typographical or other errors the customer will be notified and given the option of making the purchase at the correct price or be given the option of a full refund on the initial purchase. Genesis Entertainment Inc. will not honor an incorrect-price transaction.

12. The nightly rates on the comparison screen are posted without taxes added to them. Hotels on the Las Vegas Strip charge 9% room tax, downtown hotels charge 11% room tax. There is a non-refundable 4% transaction processing fee.

13. Some hotels reserve the right to refuse arrivals on Saturdays, holidays, and major convention days. Some dates are subject to a minimum stay requirement.

14. Normal check-in time is between 2pm and 4pm and normal check-out time is between 11am and 12pm. If you arrive before check-in the hotel will hold your bags for you until your room is ready. Late check-outs are subject to availability and must be requested at the hotel; fees may apply.

15. 16. Bedding, smoking, and other special requests are on an availability basis and cannot be guaranteed. Bedding availability varies by hotel and room style; some room styles are only available with one bed.

17. Genesis Entertainment Inc. is a vacation service, and is not liable for any damages or delays in your hotel reservations. In addition, we cannot be responsible for any errors made on the part of the hotel due to inclement weather (i.e. air conditioners not working properly), strikes, maintenance, and other problems outside the control of Genesis Entertainment Inc..

18. It is agreed that no disputes can exceed the amount originally paid to Genesis Entertainment Inc..

19. Genesis Entertainment Inc. reserves all rights to amend our terms and conditions at our discretion.

Vehicle Terms

1. Due to the limited availability of vehicles, transportation reservations are non-refundable.

2. Transportation services below $2,000 are to be paid in full upon reservation.

3. For transportation services that exceed $2,000 the first $2,000 must be paid upon reservation and the balance paid AT LEAST FIVE DAYS PRIOR to scheduled service or the original $2,000 deposit will be forfeited and the service cancelled.

4. Your total price includes tax and service fees, but does not include airport fees. For transportation to or from the airport, all airport fees required by law will apply. Airport fees vary but will never total more than $16.00 on any reservation.

5. The driver dispatch number will be provided for you on your confirmation email. Call Genesis Entertainment Inc. at 702-296-2952 if you have trouble after hours on the night of your scheduled service.

6. Genesis Entertainment Inc. MUST BE SUPPLIED WITH A CELL PHONE NUMBER FOR YOU WHILE YOU ARE IN TOWN. The driver may need to contact you should he be instructed to move the vehicle due to heavy traffic in the agreed upon valet area.

7. If you go over your scheduled hours or if an increase in passengers requires a larger vehicle than you originally reserved, the additional amount will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

8. Cleaning Fees: no penalties are incurred for normal clutter such as discarded cups, empty bottles or spilled snack foods. However, the charter company reserves the right to charge a fee up to $500 if excessive cleaning is necessary due to vomiting, urinating or smoking in the vehicle. Additional fees will apply if any part of the vehicle is vandalized or broken.

Stripclub Terms

1. Vehicle transportation must be provided by Genesis Entertainment Inc. to the strip club.

2. Stripclub passes are non-refundable.

Tour Terms

1. All tours are non-refundable unless the tour is canceled by the provider due to bad weather or unsafe conditions. If your tour is canceled by the provider, you will receive a full refund.

2. Tour providers reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe conditions, or at the request of governmental or park agencies.

3. Your credit card will be charged in full today by Genesis Entertainment Inc..

4. Please provide accurate hotel information for your pick-up. Your confirmation letter will state your time of pick-up based on the hotel information you provide.

5. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they are in correct pick-up location at correct time as stated on their confirmation letter. Please be ready 15- 20 minutes prior to pick-up time. No Refund for No-Shows strictly enforced in order to protect our vendors.

6. Please bring your confirmation email with you for your tour as proof of purchase.

7. Please call Genesis Entertainment Inc. at 702-938-6380, 24 hours before your scheduled tour to verify all details for pick-up.

8. Tours may include some element of risk. Genesis Entertainment Inc. assumes no liability for injuries.

9. Non-smoking in vehicles and aircraft strictly enforced.

10. At the discretion of Genesis Entertainment Inc., compensation may be offered for emergency cancelation requests accompanied by verifiable documentation at least 72 hours prior to tour date. Examples include situations such as canceled flights, sudden severe health problems, or natural disasters which prevent travel. Fees will apply. To protect our vendors, no changes or adjustments of any kind can be made within 72 hours of tour date.

11. Genesis Entertainment Inc. reserves all rights to amend our terms and conditions at our discretion, and the transportation companies reserve all rights to their vehicles. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

NASCAR 2008 Package Terms

1. All Nascar Packages are Non-refundable FINAL SALES. 2. Your Nascar Package will be charged in full immediately. 3. Bedding and smoking requests cannot be guaranteed. 4. Some hotels charge mandatory phone and/or energy surcharges varying from 1 to 5 dollars per night. This is at the sole discretion of each hotel and will be charged upon check-in or check-out depending on the property. 5. Assigned guests will be required to provide a government-issued photo ID at check-in. 6. CLI Group Travel Staff will be on-site at check-in to assist and distribute tickets - YOU MUST PROVIDE A CELL PHONE NUMBER.

Course Terms

1. Seven days or more in advance, the cancellation fee will be $25 per round plus service fees. For cancellations inside of 7 days or for no-shows, no refund.

2. If your reservations are cancelled by the course due to severe weather or acts of god or if the course is closed, you will be refunded in full (minus the service fees). (Wind, heat, and frost are not considered severe weather.)

3. Refunds or disputes concerning refunds and/or rain checks after a round has begun are between the customer and the golf course and are not the responsibility of Genesis Entertainment Inc..

4. Your card will be charged for this service in full today. Please keep a copy of your confirmation as your receipt of purchase.

5. Please provide accurate hotel and contact information. Your confirmation letter will state your exact tee time.

6. Large groups over 10 or more must call Group Reservations at 1-800-591-NICE.

7. Genesis Entertainment Inc. reserves all rights to amend our terms and conditions at our discretion, and course management reserves all rights to their course.

8. It is agreed between Genesis Entertainment Inc. and you the customer that no disputes can exceed the amount originally paid to Genesis Entertainment Inc..

Restaurant Terms

1. All dinner packages will have a set menu and are non-refundable final sales.

2. Groups of 10 or more must call Group Reservations at 1-800-591-NICE.

3. You’re responsible for gratuity, alcoholic beverages and any additional services.

4. N9NE bachelorette dinner packages include admission to Rain. If Rain is closed, bachelorette parties will include Ghost Bar. A representative from N9NE will escort your group to the club after dinner.

4. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a dinner package with nightclub. You will need a valid photo ID to enter Rain, Ghost Bar or Skin. No refunds for denied entry due to under-age or lack of proper ID.

5. You must follow the club’s dress code policies. Please see nightclub terms and conditions for further details.

6. Your Card will be charged in full the day you place your reservation.

7. Genesis Entertainment Inc. reserves all rights to amend our terms and conditions at our discretion, and the restaurant and club management reserve all rights to their respective establishments.
